Smart Collection, Refined Regeneration
One code follows every batch of hazardous waste from pickup to processing — through dual-frequency RFID and our "IoT + Hazardous Waste" Intelligent Management Service Platform (IHWDS). Our proprietary HyFine liquid-phase hydrogen-control process re-refines waste mineral oil into high-quality base oil.

Four Bases, One Green Chain
Phase I in Yi'an came online in 2023 and has run reliably for two years. Phase II in Zongyang broke ground in June 2025, while the Phase III oil-regeneration and Guangxi biomass projects advance toward pilot stage.

This smart hazardous-waste collection and storage center, rated at 30,000 tonnes a year, has operated reliably for two years.

Phase II Zongyang Industrial Park Breaks Ground
Built under a Sinochem TCC EPC contract, with commissioning planned for January 2027.
- 2026
Phase III and Guangxi Projects Advance to Pilot Stage
Waste mineral oil regeneration and resource recovery from agricultural and forestry waste, with commissioning planned for 2028.
