Trajectory

Advancing in Depth Along Collection, Equipment, Regeneration.

The Phase I Yi'an intelligent hazardous waste collection and storage center was completed and commissioned in 2023 and has been operating stably for two years. The Phase II Zongyang project — IoT intelligent equipment manufacturing and a closed-loop hazardous waste circular economy green industrial chain — broke ground in June 2025 with Sinochem TCC as EPC general contractor, and is scheduled to come on stream in January 2027.

The Phase III 150,000 t/a waste mineral oil regeneration and comprehensive utilization project, built on the self-developed HyFine liquid-phase hydrogen-control treatment technology, entered the pilot stage in 2026 together with the Ningming, Guangxi agricultural and forestry waste comprehensive utilization project; both are scheduled to come on stream in 2028. The four bases are laid out in depth along "collection → equipment → regeneration," gradually forming a cross-regional green industrial network.

Business System

Three Business Segments, One Closed-Loop System.

The business system comprises three segments: compliant collection, storage, and disposal (covering the full life cycle of hazardous waste, general industrial solid waste, and biomass waste); end-to-end digital management (smart terminals, RFID, intelligent weighing, vehicle dispatching, electronic manifests, and compliant settlement); and resource regeneration and products (re-refined base oil, regenerated activated carbon, reconditioned packaging containers, and bio-based products).

Across the three segments, logistics, information, and funds run as three flows in one, forming a traceable, settleable closed loop.

Compliance and Team

Compliance as the Default Way of Working.

Hazardous waste is a heavily regulated sector with strict compliance requirements. Molyfor writes compliance into job manuals and system defaults — from the smart terminal at intake to the electronic manifest at settlement, every step leaves a record and settles according to the rules.

The team brings together engineers in front-line hazardous waste operations and intelligent supervision, equipment manufacturing, and IoT, covering the full capability chain from on-site work at waste generators to platform R&D. The core team was recognized as an Anhui High-level Sci-tech Talent Team in 2021, and this capability chain is underpinned by 32 intellectual property rights, including 6 granted invention patents.

Mission and Vision

Turning Solid Waste into Green Products.

To Molyfor, waste is an "urban mine" that has not yet found its place. Our work is to bring every tonne of solid waste back into the resource system — re-refining waste mineral oil into high-quality base oil, giving spent activated carbon and discarded packaging a second life, and putting agricultural and forestry waste on the path of comprehensive utilization and regeneration.

This path leads toward the "Zero-Waste City," toward the dual-carbon goals, and toward harmony between humanity and nature. As the "urban mine" keeps returning to the industrial cycle, industry gives its own answer to clear waters and green mountains — work that Molyfor is willing to devote a generation to.

About Molyfor · Corporate Culture

Engineering-Driven, Compliance-First, Long-Term, Cross-Disciplinary.

What defines a culture is not slogans but the default way daily work gets done: compliance is the rule set from day one; projects advance on an engineering cadence, undisturbed by short-term targets; and cross-disciplinary collaboration keeps operations and R&D closely aligned within the same project.

01

Engineering-Driven

Every line of work is built into a replicable engineering standard rather than resting on individual experience — smart terminals, RFID tags, and standardized packaging codify collection and storage into a unified procedure that can be executed the same way by a different person or at a different base.

02

Compliance-First

Compliance is the default way of daily work, guaranteed by the system rather than by after-the-fact checks — electronic manifests and ledgers are generated automatically at the system level, and every action leaves a record according to the rules.

03

Long-Termism

Projects advance on an engineering cadence, undisturbed by short-term targets — from the founding in 2020 and Phase I commissioning in 2023 to bases planned to come on stream in stages through 2028, the four industrial bases roll forward year by year; five years of compounding outweighs a single quarter's highlight.

04

Cross-Disciplinary

Operations, equipment, platform, and R&D connect closely within the same project — front-line collection and storage operations, intelligent equipment manufacturing, the IoT platform, and regeneration process R&D advance in parallel and calibrate one another.
