The Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste (2020 revision) requires that any entity engaged in the collection, storage, utilization, or disposal of hazardous waste obtain a permit in accordance with the law; waste generators must prepare hazardous waste management plans, report information truthfully, and verify the qualifications and technical capabilities of the parties they entrust. Compliant disposal is therefore a statutory responsibility of waste-generating enterprises.
Molyfor's Phase I smart hazardous waste collection and storage center in Yi'an District holds a hazardous waste operation license covering 26 categories and 166 sub-categories, has served a cumulative total of over 6,000 waste-generating enterprises, and operates a service network spanning all 16 prefecture-level cities of Anhui Province; the specific waste types are subject to the scope stated in the operation license.
Collection and storage services cover three streams — hazardous waste, general industrial solid waste, and agricultural and forestry biomass waste — following a complete pathway of on-site collection, sorting and packaging, safe transport, compliant storage, resource-oriented disposal, and ledger-and-manifest management, backed by an emergency response mechanism. Hazardous waste transfers run on electronic transfer manifests throughout, as required by the Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Waste Transfer.

Collection runs are scheduled around each client's waste generation rhythm; professional vehicles and crews collect on site, verifying category, quantity, packaging, and labeling.
Sorting & Packaging
Waste is sorted and packaged to standard by fine-grained type across the 26 categories and 166 sub-categories, ready for onward transfer and disposal.
Safe Transport
Vehicles licensed for dangerous goods transport, real-time dispatching, and route monitoring, with full records kept throughout.
Compliant Storage
Dedicated temporary hazardous waste warehouses plus separate areas for general solid waste and biomass, managed in zoned, segregated storage according to standards.
Resource-Oriented Disposal
Compliant disposal currently relies on Phase I; once the Phase II incineration, physicochemical treatment, and regeneration units come on stream (planned for January 2027), coordinated disposal will further raise resource recovery rates.
Ledgers & Manifests
Electronic manifests and ledgers connect to the regulatory system, so settlement and supervision are completed within a single system.
Emergency Response
Incidents are handled under pre-set response plans; Phase I facilities form the basis of a regional emergency response capability, to be further strengthened once Phase II comes on stream.
